We found this storage facility on line and brought our new RV there yesterday. Savannah and her brother AJ went above and beyond to get the trailer placed properly. We are absolute newbies to RVing and AJ actually fixed our hitch to allow proper positioning. In addition, they promised to pressurize the tires on the RV as one looked low. As I said, "Above and beyond." It was time to take our TV on the road. We are still total newbies. Once again AJ provided invaluable help to get us hooked up. He explained some things that we need to know in order to hook and unhook at the other end. We are glad that we used Bay Street Storage. We now have our own covered RV port. I highly recommend Bay Street Storage for anyone who needs to store items to protect them from the weather.

We have been renting from Bay Street for 4 years and have never had a problem. In fact, when we were looking for a larger unit, Savannah called me and let me know when one came available. Great place run by great people!

I do not have enough good things to say about this business!! I fell a few payments behind and the manager was such a huge help with setting up a payment plan so I wouldn't lose my belongings. If you are looking for a storage unit, or are tired of your current storage unit, give Bay Street a call!!

I haven’t been here long, but great experience so far! Savannah is awesome, very nice and helpful. She held a unit for me for a couple of weeks until I could get there to pay. Reasonable rates and gave me a military discount. They have 24/7 security and each unit it alarmed, my stuff feels very safe. I like that they have insurance too!

I used this storage space for about a year. I didn't have any problems with the space or the people who work there. I really like the security of it. It's all fenced in and has alarms. It was easy for me to get to and kept all my things great. The only thing is it had spiders after a while but what space wouldn't? Five stars.

In reply to the review regarding "Shady Business Practices" - Bay Street Storage believes in professional business ethics and customer service. The facts stated are simply not true. We charge $1.00 for postage and handling to send statments for billing. This is comparable to the industry standard. Sending statments through email would be a manual process for us and can not be managed effectively. Our late fees (after a very generous 10 day grace period) are $15 and are not 30% as stated.
